Your ride
We pick you up at your hotel in Kusadasi or Pamucak, or at Kervansaray next to the cruise port, and drive you to our stables near Pamucak.
After a short safety talk, the guides choose a horse that suits your level and fit your helmet. Our horses are calm and well looked after; many of them are former racehorses enjoying a quieter life by the sea.
The group rides through the countryside and down to Pamucak beach for a long ride along the shore. Experienced riders may gallop on the sand when conditions allow.
Riding into the sea
In the warm months you can ride your horse into the sea. This depends on the season, the weather and the sea conditions: on cooler or rough days the guide keeps the group on the shoreline instead.
Morning or afternoon
Choose 11:00 or 16:00. Back at your hotel or the port around 13:45–14:15 after the morning ride, or around 18:45–19:15 after the afternoon ride. Pickup is between 09:40 and 10:40 for the 11:00 ride and between 14:40 and 15:40 for the 16:00 ride, depending on your hotel. The booking form shows the pickup time for your hotel.

Good to know
- Maximum rider weight is 90 kg, for the welfare of the horses.
- Riders must be 7 to 65 years old. Children under 8 ride under their family’s supervision and need their own ticket.
- Not suitable for babies, pregnant women or people with back problems.
- You do not need a dust mask or goggles for this ride.
- Riding into the sea depends on the season and the weather.
- Coming by car? Choose “Pamucak beach” as pickup point and park near the gendarmerie station; we meet you there.

Yes. The horses are calm and used to beginners, and the guides match each rider with a suitable horse.

Can we swim with the horses?
In the warm season and in good weather, yes. On cool or windy days the group rides along the shoreline instead.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the ride.
