Booking and payment
How do I book?
Use the booking form or write to us on WhatsApp. We confirm your booking on WhatsApp or by e-mail.
How do I pay?
On the day, in cash or by card. We can also send you a secure online card payment link.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Every safari, trip and transfer can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Transfers (airport, Ephesus, Didim) are priced per vehicle for up to 8 passengers. Tours (safari, horse riding, boat trip, Pamukkale) are priced per person, except the double quad and double buggy, which are priced per vehicle for 2 people.
Safari
Do I need a driving licence for the quad or buggy?
No, no driving licence is needed for any of our safari vehicles.
What is the age limit?
Quad and buggy: 12 to 65 years. Horse riding: 7 to 65 years, maximum 90 kg.
What time are the safaris?
11:00 and 16:00 at the camp. Pickup is between 09:40 and 10:40 (11:00 tour) or between 14:40 and 15:40 (16:00 tour), depending on your hotel.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes, from hotels in Kusadasi and Pamucak and from Kervansaray next to the cruise port.
Transfers
Is the transfer price per person?
No, transfer prices are per vehicle for up to 8 passengers.
Where does the driver meet us at the airport?
At arrivals, with a sign with your name.
How much is a transfer from Izmir Airport?
€100 per vehicle between Izmir Airport and Kusadasi.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, child seats are free of charge on all transfers. Tell us the age of each child when you book.
Is there a luggage limit?
No, there is no luggage limit on our transfers.
What if we are more than 8 people?
Groups larger than 8 travel in a second vehicle: for 9 to 16 passengers you book 2 vehicles, at the vehicle price times two. For more than 16 passengers, contact us.
Cruise passengers
Will I be back before my ship leaves?
After the morning safari you are back at the port around 13:45–14:15. Tell us your all-aboard time and we check that your trip fits.
Where do you pick up cruise passengers?
For safaris, at Kervansaray, about 50 metres from the port exit.
