Who we are

This website is operated by the company named below, which is responsible for your personal data (data controller).

What data we collect

We only collect the data you give us when you send a booking request or a message:

• name, e-mail address and phone number
• booking details such as date, product, number of people, hotel or ship, flight number
• ages and, for horse riding, weight of participants (needed to check safety rules)
• the content of your message

Why we use it

We use your data to answer your request, to organise and carry out your booking and to contact you about it. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)) and, where needed, your consent.

Who receives it

We share only what is needed with the drivers and guides who carry out your trip, and with the technical service providers that host this website and process form submissions for us. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep booking data for as long as needed to carry out the booking and to meet legal obligations, such as accounting rules, and then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority (in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority; in the EU, the authority in your country).
