Most visitors to Kusadasi fly into Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport. From there it is roughly an hour by road to Kusadasi, depending on traffic. You have three main ways to make the trip.
1. Private transfer
A private transfer is booked before you fly. Your driver waits for you at arrivals with a sign with your name and drives your group directly to your hotel.

2. Taxi
Taxis wait outside the arrivals hall. You do not need to book, but you also do not know the exact price in advance: fares are metered and change over time, so ask for an estimate before you set off. Make sure your group and luggage fit into one car.
Best for: travellers who prefer not to book ahead.
3. Public transport
It is possible to travel by public transport, for example with the suburban train towards Selçuk and a local minibus from there to Kusadasi. This is the cheapest way, but it takes longer, involves changes and depends on timetables. Check current schedules and fares before you travel, especially if you land in the evening.
Best for: travellers on a tight budget with light luggage and time to spare.
